There are several ways to make a payment; see the list below.
Please always include your payment number, so we can identify from whom it came.
We do NOT send paper invoices to your home address (only invoices via email).

A bank (wire) transfer is quick and easy. Within the European Union it
should be for free if you fill in the complete IBAN and SWIFT/BIC
information on the bank form.

3) Send Cash Money :
You have the option to send us a letter with cash money in it. We only accept these letters when they are send in a registered envelope that requires us to give our signature to the mailman ("sign on delivery").
The postoffice can register the letter for you. Please don't forget to include your order number or your name.

Its safer to use a bubble wrapped envelope than a normal envelope.
Do NOT tell the Postoffice you are sending cash. Tell them you send documents, or something else.
4) Western Union :
(for CREDITCARD or CASH):
Western Union is a convenient, trustworthy and very easy payment solution. You can make a credit card payment via their website (this is only optional from +/- 10 countries.
If you go to your local office you can send cash money as well. On their website you can find out what the nearest local office in your town is. Every big and
middelsized city in the world has an office.
To get the details of the person you have to send money to, please send an email and ask for the Western Union details. It is not always the same person who helps us with the finances and goes to pick the money for us.
Please pay the total amount in FIXED currency (so you pay the costs).
Then, email us the 10 digit MTCN number (= confirmation number), your order number and also your FIRST and LAST name that you used with the
Western Union payment. When we receive your e-mail we can go to the Western Union office and send your order.
