The customer must agree with these conditions before placing an order:
1) We do ship internationally (to all countries in the World) but we cannot keep track of every single law (+ interpretation) on every single one of our products in every single country. The customer agrees to be responsible to respect the laws of his/her own country. Therefore the purchaser promises in every situation not to put any legal action/claim towards our website, our company and any people working for our company.
2) Wholecelium does not sell to minors or to big babies. Those who order must be at least 21 years of age and be able and willing to read and follow our instructions carefully. By placing an order, the customer declares to be an adult. If we have a reason to believe this condition is not met, we may have to ask for a copy of identification.
3) We will ship after payment has been received.Usually we ship out between monday and wednesday, to make sure the package arrives before the weekend.
4) Wholecelium is applicable to Dutch tax laws.
5) Wholecelium sees informing visitors about it's products as one of it's main goals but is not responsible in any way for accidents or damages caused to person(s) or goods, by any product to the purchaser of our products. The customer promises to read the product information on the website before ordering, and to read the product information on the package before using or consuming the delivered goods.
6) Wholecelium guarantees that all orders that have been paid for will be send out, packed in a decent and discrete way. However, Wholecelium will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the use, ordering or delivery of our articles to or by you. Unfortunately customs or postal regulations outside Holland could interfere and could cause your shipment to be delayed for several days or not to arrive at all.
7) Although a growing amount of people (also in the academic world) believes some of our herbal products have potential benefits for someone’s live when used wisely, this is not an accepted view yet in mainstream healthcare. Hence, Wholecelium does not make any medical claims about it’s products as long as they are still controversial. Our herbal products should not be taken as substitution for approved medicines. However, Wholecelium does have the right to inform our customers to such psychedelic research information and results as: MAPS.org, articles or documentaries about benefits by claiming intellectual enhancement. Such scientifically backed articles point in the direction of the existence of sociological and economic benifit for a country and person from psychedelics. However, in the present climate of public fear and ignorance about psychedelics, Wholecelium will only be able to claim that there may be potential benifits that remain to be fully discovered.
