Trp\u00ed j\u00edm mnoho lid\u00ed, je v\u0161ak spojen zejm\u00e9na s depresemi a \u00fazkostmi. Neust\u00e1l\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed negativn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f nebo opakov\u00e1n\u00ed negativn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k pocit\u016fm bezmoci, beznad\u011bje a n\u00edzk\u00e9 sebe\u00facty. Tyto pocity charakterizuj\u00ed depresi. Neust\u00e1l\u00e9 katastrofizov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u00edvat i k intenzivn\u00ed \u00fazkosti. Lid\u00e9 s vysok\u00fdm sk\u00f3re optimismu se p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed beznad\u011bji, co\u017e podporuje dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky v oblasti du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optimismus se vyzna\u010duje nad\u011bj\u00ed na pozitivn\u00ed budoucnost a d\u016fv\u011brou v ni. Kdy\u017e \u010del\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016fm - nap\u0159\u00edklad ka\u017edodenn\u00edmu tlaku v pr\u00e1ci, spole\u010densk\u00e9mu \u017eivotu a povinnostem -, optimist\u00e9 jim \u010del\u00ed s pozitivn\u00edmi emocemi. To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee optimist\u00e9 neza\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed negativn\u00ed emoce, jako je hn\u011bv nebo frustrace. Celkov\u011b v\u0161ak o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee v\u011bci dopadnou dob\u0159e. Pesimist\u00e9 naopak o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed negativn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke smutku a zoufalstv\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optimismus je tak\u00e9 spojen s mnoha pozitivn\u00edmi rysy chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Subjekty studie bylo 15 osob s depres\u00ed rezistentn\u00ed na l\u00e9\u010dbu. U ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z nich se na po\u010d\u00e1tku studie projevoval v\u00fdrazn\u00fd pesimismus. Pacient\u016fm byl psilocybin pod\u00e1n dvakr\u00e1t - prvn\u00ed d\u00e1vka byla 10 mg a druh\u00e1 o t\u00fdden pozd\u011bji 25 mg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00daloha POFLE \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, aby p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u011bli pravd\u011bpodobnost v\u00fdskytu ur\u010dit\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00edch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed b\u011bhem 30 dn\u016f. Pot\u00e9, co tyto p\u0159edpov\u011bdi provedou, je jim sd\u011blena skute\u010dn\u00e1 m\u00edra v\u00fdskytu t\u011bchto ud\u00e1lost\u00ed. To v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016fm nab\u00edz\u00ed obr\u00e1zek o tom, jak pesimistick\u00e9 nebo optimistick\u00e9 jsou ment\u00e1ln\u00ed postoje \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho, jak realistick\u00e9 byly jejich p\u0159edpov\u011bdi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-study-finds-participants-pessimism-bias-significantly-reduced\">Studie zjistila, \u017ee pesimistick\u00e9 p\u0159edsudky \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f se v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eily<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzru\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed je, \u017ee v \u00fakolu POFLE, kter\u00fd byl dokon\u010den t\u00fdden po l\u00e9\u010db\u011b psilocybinem, se u pacient\u016f v\u00fdznamn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eil pesimistick\u00fd sklon a depresivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky. Nav\u00edc sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pesimismu i deprese spolu v\u00fdznamn\u011b souviselo. V\u011bdci tak\u00e9 zaznamenali, \u017ee pacienti se skute\u010dn\u011b stali mnohem p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi v p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u00edch \u017eivotn\u00edch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed. Cathart-Harris a Lyons dosp\u011bli k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee <em>\"psilocybin s psychologickou podporou by mohl korigovat pesimistick\u00e9 tendence u TRD a umo\u017enit pozitivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhled.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuto studii potvrzuje i p\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkum. A <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/10.1177\/0269881116675513\">Studie z roku 2016<\/a> se zab\u00fdval dlouhodob\u00fdmi v\u00fdsledky du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed pacient\u016f s rakovinou, kter\u00fdm byl pod\u00e1v\u00e1n psilocybin. V\u00fdsledky, publikovan\u00e9 v \u010dasopise <em>\u010casopis Journal of Psychopharmacology <\/em>uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee vysok\u00e1 d\u00e1vka psilocybinu vedla ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed optimismu a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00fazkosti.
