Skepticism exceeded my expectations. Everything went smoothly. If you’re ordering within Europe, the shipment may take a little while to arrive, but everything came in perfect condition (well packed) within a few days. I was too worried to order from Finland, but everything went so smoothly. It was my first time order and they have gifted me with a surprise of extra truffles. The packaging was tight and discrete, delivery just as I wanted, I didn’t select tracked shipping stupidly, but still they’ve sent me with tracked shipping without charging me extra. I’m such a mess. Scared to get caught, being illegal in Sweden., I deliberately put a false name on the order. Don’t do that, getting caught by police is far more soothing!. Bank ID mismatch at pick up. 2 weeks and several tries, emails back and forth with wholecelium (fantastic customer support❤️) I think I managed to persuade a person at the post office yesterday. He didn’t care about the I’d -mismatch somehow. Happy at last! Nothing wrong on the wholecelium sphere, they deliver like machines. They’re friendly, service minded too. 10/10
