Great service. My order has arrived safe and sound. First we had a little fright because the delivery man gave the package to our neighbour and we didn’t know (as I found out, I accidentally gave the wrong phone number and we didn’t receive the delivery man’s message). The package arrived looking good but the contents of the bag where not in vaccum (slightly puffy) anymore. I could not find any puncture in it so, I assume it’s gas released from the samples. It’s already close to summer down here so, maybe it’s some organic processes happening that do not affect the quality and the expected magical effects (hopefully). Of course it was immediatly stored in the fridge upon arrival.
