Todo bien, después de haber efectuado la orden me llegó un mail que era todo correcto sin embargo pasaron días sin respuestas tube que escribir un mail y después de eso mi orden fue enviada, por lo que recomiendo estar más atentos a las órdenes que se realizan, más allá de eso el producto llegó parece de buena calidad es la tercera vez que compro aquí he tenido buenas experiencia aunque de una intensidad bastante baja espero está vez tener una experiencia más profunda habiendo comparado los más fuertes de su mercado. Sin más que decir muchas gracias y buena pinta a todos

I would allow a bit longer than six business days delivery, as they have to ready the order for dispatch. However customer service is good and the packaging and product are great.

This was my first time ordering from Wholecelium and my god I wasn’t disappointed! I found the availability of different truffles to be incredible and the prices all very reasonable; after placing my order they were very responsive to any questions I had and the delivery arrived by the end of the week to Germany. I am still to set foot on my voyage with Mexicana but I’m sure I will not be disappointed.
