3 day delivery to remote Islands in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, arrived fresh not smelling sour or anything, Immediately ground it up with a pestle and mortar to a fine truffle paste thoroughly mixed with runny natural honey (has to be natural so it never spoils) make sure the surface area between the truffles and Honey is maximized seal up put in fridge to store. Blue honey… Some recommend drying first.

The shipping company PostNI was monitoring it´s transportation, up to the movements of my local post office & notifying my of the exact delivery time! Excellent coordination!
